THE PATIENT- FAILURE MARKER FOR POSTEXTRACTIONALLY WOUND HEALLING

Abstract:

In discussions aimed at risk factors in incriminate etiopatogeny of dry socket reviewed multiple issues directly related to tooth extraction, the difficulty of surgery, the location of tooth extracted, smoking, female sex, use of oral contraceptives, menstruation, corticosteroid medication, local anesthesia with vasoconstrictor.
The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the incidence and clinical pattern of post-operatory complication – dry socket with a view to identify the risk factors , mainly the factors concerning the patient.
