Abstract:

Purpose of study: This study evaluated te phenomens of healing and the chances of relapse after interventions of plastic surgery muco-gingival: interventions with periodontal flap coronary repositionned and interventions with adition of grafts connective tissue.Material and method: We have formed a lot of 18 patients which presenting gingival recessions localized at 1 or 2 teeth (class I and II Miller (3 – 5mm)), those who were realized interventions with flap – 9 patients, or addition of grafts of connective tissue – 9 patients. Results and disscutions: Among the first day after aplication, the interface of bone tissue is organised into connective tissue. So, it is sugested that the healing process at this level can be divised in 2 stages: initiale phase: 0 – 3 days, the revascularisation phase at 2 – 11 days, tissular maturation phase: 11 – 42 days. The succes of connective tissue grafts is conditionned by the capacity of connective
tissue to surviving at the place of receptor situs. The evaluation rate of succes for interventions with flap is 65% after a 1 year postoperatory, among in the cases of interventions with grafts addition the succes is 82,5. Conclusions: The phenomens implicated in the healing process of muco-gingival are extremely complexes and especialy sensible at a lot of internal and external factors.
Doubtless one of the key agents of succes therapeutic is represented by the technique of operation, which all that are including this procedure.
